COMPUTERS (JLC) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
AS A CUSTOMER OF JASON-LIAM COMPUTERS, INC. (JLC), I AGREE
TO THE FOLLOWING:
All computers are sold as is with no differences within
their types. JASON-LIAM COMPUTERS, INC. (JLC) computers are not responsible for
any problem after the set warranty period, and for many problems within the
warranty period. None of the original software provided on any JLC brand
computer is "pirated" or "mutilated" from its original
form. If pirated software is found on a JLC computer during any repair service
you the “End User” will have all that information directly sent to the police
and the computer will be subjected to a refund void, and forced to return your
computer to JLC for reinstallation and resale. JLC computers will only provide
warranty for technical errors any physical damage done to the computer lies as
is for the separate hardware manufactures to decide. Every JLC computer comes
with a 6-Month Warranty; warranty can be voided under many circumstances (see
WARRANTY). When purchasing a computer by cash payment, a 50%-of-price
non-refundable deposit must be made (see PURCHASING). Also, you will be
contacted at certain parts during your system build (see CONTACTING).
WARRANTY:
* Warranty can be voided if "pirated" software is
found on a JLC computer during any repair service. You the “End User” will have
all that information directly sent to the police and the computer will be
subjected to a refund void, and forced to return your computer to JLC for HDD
wiping and OS Reinstallation.
* If static electricity or a power surge destroys the
motherboard, for your convenience, this is covered by warranty. You can easily
get a surge protector at almost any local electronics, television, or computer
store as a precaution.
*Warranty covers only abnormal hardware and software
defects. No cosmetic or purposeful damage to system is covered.
*Warranty covers system for 6-months only. However, if there
is a problem that was attempted to be fixed within the 6-month period, it is
still covered by warranty until it is fixed.
PURCHASING:
*When making a purchase, 50% of your purchase must be made
as a non-refundable deposit when computer is ordered. When making a purchase
out of your desired pickup range please send money in as full value.
PURCHASING (CONTINUED):
*The other 50% of cost may be made at pick-up of system.
*Payments lost in mail are not JLC's problem.
*1st payments must be received within 2 weeks of ordering.
Otherwise, order is dropped.
*You will be contacted when your payments are received, when
your system parts are received, and when your system is finished.
SHIPPING AND PICK-UP:
*You will be contacted when your computer is finished for pick-up arrangements.
*If you are unable to pick-up your computer, it will be
shipped to you at your expense.
*Shipping is either a USPS, UPS, or FedEx service of your
choice.
*All payments must be received via USPS mail before computer
will be shipped.

*You will be contacted by your preferred method of contact.
